What channels are on an Intertech Cable system?
At Intertech, we pride ourselves with being able to offer a wide variety of channels at the best available price. This includes the local, regional, and national channels you've come to love without the hassle the other cable companies try to make you expect.


How can Intertech offer the same or better service at lower rates than other cable companies?

Will Intertech install extra outlets?
Yes, but you will need to obtain written permission from your landlord authorizing Intertech to install/move outlets at your direction.


Are Intertech Cable Systems only available for apartments?
No. Intertech builds systems for Hotels, Apartment complexes, Dormitories, Manufactured Housing Communities, Assisted living facilities, Nursing homes, and Franchises such as Kenmore Cable.


If I subscribe to your system, can I still get the local channels?
Intertech Cable offers all major networks along with regional and national channels. If you are wondering about a specific channel, check out our sample lineup.


Will I need a cable converter to get Intertech Cable?
If your television was manufactured within the last 10 years, you will typically not need a converter. If you are unsure, contact us and our technicians will be happy to help you.


I think my neighbor is stealing cable. What should I do?
Please contact us if you feel someone is receiving services without paying for them. It is illegal to fraudulently obtain cable service by attaching a wire or device to the converter or any other company wires or equipment. The penalties under the law include fines up to $10,000, imprisonment or both. While in some cases we offer amnesty if the offender agrees to become a paying customer, we do find it necessary to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Cable theft industry-wide costs operators over $1 billion annually and can drive up monthly costs for honest, paying customers.


How do I request channels be added or removed from my cable lineup?
Channel requests help us to make decisions when we annually review our cable lineups. First, check our sample lineup to make sure we don't offer the channel as a premium channel. You may submit your request by calling the customer service number listed on your monthly billing statement, our by contacting us with our online form. Please include your address with the request as we maintain a large number of cable systems.


My cable is out. What should I do?
First, check our troubleshooting guide to remedy the most common problems. Please report all outages by calling the customer service telephone number listed on your billing statement or contacting your property manager.
